1. The product offered by the competitor's website is exactly the same as the one we sell, and is offered on the same terms
2. The product on their website must be in stock and available for delivery immediately
3. Our Supplier must have the product in stock
4. We are able to confirm the details on the competitor's website
5. Our price promise applies to the product only, not delivery or other services
6. We will not be compared to Internet Auction Sites
