Class I Single Phase System
The Astro Track Lighting System is a Class I installation requiring earth continuity throughout the complete track circuit. The integrated earth groove assists with correct installation and helps ensure safe, reliable operation.
Single Phase Operation
All compatible Astro track spotlights connected to the track operate together on a single lighting circuit. All luminaires are switched on, off and dimmed simultaneously.
Cut to Size Installation
The 1 metre track can be cut to the required length using a suitable metal cutting blade. Cuts should always be made perpendicular to ensure full compatibility with Astro track connectors and accessories.
High Load Capacity
Each track circuit supports a maximum connected load of 3120W at 240V (UK) or 2860W at 220V (EU). Larger installations can be extended using central live connectors or additional track circuits.
Flexible System Design
Compatible with Astro track spotlights, connectors and accessories, allowing bespoke lighting layouts for residential and commercial projects.
Ceiling Mounted Installation
Designed exclusively for ceiling installation to deliver optimum lighting performance, flexibility and safety.
