The Ei Ei168RC RadioLINK Base enables wireless interconnection for Ei 140RC Series alarms, allowing all linked alarms to activate together when a fire is detected. This enhances whole property protection by ensuring that if one alarm senses danger, every alarm sounds. Designed with an Easi Fit mounting plate, the RadioLINK Base provides straightforward installation and reduces wiring time, making it ideal for both new builds and retrofit applications.
The Ei168RC is mains powered and includes a rechargeable lithium back up battery to maintain operation during power outages. It features an internal on and off switch that activates the battery only when an alarm head is attached. The integrated house code function prevents interference from neighbouring radio frequency systems, ensuring secure and reliable communication. With robust RF mesh networking, the Ei168RC delivers dependable wireless connectivity across the home.
