This battery powered alarm features a sealed 10 year lithium battery, meaning it never needs to be replaced and cannot be removed, ensuring continuous operation throughout the life of the detector. It uses a proven electrochemical sensor that is individually calibrated and tested with carbon monoxide gas during manufacturing to guarantee accuracy and early detection.
The EI208 includes Ei’s AudioLINK technology, allowing detailed diagnostic data to be extracted directly to a smartphone or tablet using the free app. This provides clear alarm reports including CO levels, alarm activations, background readings and battery status. Simply hold your device near the alarm to download the report via sound without removing the detector from its base.
