Linear Halogen Bulb 230W

The K9 230 Watt 118mm Linear Halogen Lamp is a low energy alternative to the K9 300 Watt 118mm light bulb. Their very high light output makes them perfect for floodlights and spotlights. They are really suited to security, garden or patio lighting. Its colour temperature 2700 Kelvin is a measurement on the colour spectrum. At sunrise or sunset the sun gives off a red warm glow, this is a lower colour temperature or lower value Kelvin (2700 Kelvin or below is Warm White). At noon the sun gives off a brighter whiter light which is typically daylight, it has a higher colour temperature or higher value Kelvin (5000 Kelvin or above is Daylight). At home a warmer light is desired to provide a comforting, cosy environment; visually daylight is a much whiter brighter light, used to work in the kitchen or the office. Primarily the whiter light is better for a working environment.
